ALASKA

Spencer and his Dad went fishing in Alaska. It isn't Spencer's favorite thing to blog so I just posted a few pictures of their trip. I don't know what fun stories he would want me to share, but I know he had a blast and can't wait to go again. I love to hear him talk about it because I can see how much fun he had.

Baby

Yesterday we found out that we are having ANOTHER GIRL! We are excited! Spencer is going to be really out numbered now! She is due to arrive November! We haven't thought of a name yet but if anyone has any good ones send them our way.

Avery's 1st Birthday

We cannot believe our little Avery is one already. We are so happy she is our little girl. We are so proud of her and enjoy her every day. She is such a delight in our home. She has such a sweet presence about her and has been a great and special addittion to our family.

Spencer made her a build-a-bear and she loved it! She was hugging it all day. I thought it was cute of him. He put a cardinals outfit on the bear!

Summer Days

After the strawberry farm we went to the butterfly house. We met up with some friends we have not seen in awhile and Kennedy was so happy to see her friends. It was good to spend some time with them. I love the butterfly house. As you can tell in the picture above Avery does not like her picture taken but I had to post it because it is the only one I was able to get!

We went to the strawberry farm. It was a lot of fun to pick our own strawberries. They were so good. They really do taste better than the ones bought from the store.

We went miniture golfing the other day. Spence kicked my butt this time which stinks, but at least he had a great time. I did have a hole in one though! Kennedy and Avery loved the coarse. Kennedy loved all the water and Avery loved exploring new things.

GRANDMA!

Grandma came to visit and we had so much fun! The girls were in heaven with her here and I loved it! She constantly cleaned my house and took care of all my kids needs. I really don't think I got the girls dressed or did their hair all week. And she helped Spencer paint the kitchen! Thanks so much Mom it was a nice break from all my daily chores! Come Back Soon!

Chuckie Again!

We love going to Chuckie Cheese, but this time it was even more fun because Grandma came with us. In the picture below Avery really wants the pizza on the table.

On Mother's Day Avery took her first couple steps but it wasn't until this week that she really got the hang of it. She is walking everywhere. It is so cute to be in a room and see her smile so huge as she enters the room walking. She is so proud of herself. We are proud of you Avery, but cannot believe how fast you are growing up! So now that she can walk Kennedy loves to dance with her.

Birthday and Mother's Day

How amazing is this cake? Spencer made it for me. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up from my nap to such a beautiful cake! Thank you so much Spence for all the gifts, for taking all responsibility yesterday, for decorating the house with birthday stuff, for all the food and for everything else you did to make my birthday and Mother's day a great one!

My favorite person ever!

We had a great Mother's day. Spencer and the girls really made it special for me all day long. The best part was the four hour nap! I also love getting cards from Spencer because he says the best things ever. The girls cards were cute too! I love being a Mom to these amazing girls!!!

Zoo

Spencer has the week off so we are hoping to do a lot of fun stuff this week. Today we went to the Zoo with our awesome friends. It was a lot of fun! Kennedy and her BFF, Patience have so much fun together. They are so much alike and LOVE to play together. They are crazy and have more energy than anyone on the planet. I love it because not only do I love Patience we love the rest of her family too so we always have fun with the Allreds.

So her eyes are closed because she is too excited to keep them open. She is smiling and laughing so hard that I could not snap a picture with her eyes open.

I am totally stealing Spencer's cracker in this picture! Robert took another picture of Spencer getting me back with my hair everywhere and he stealing it right back but we will show the one with me "winning"!

We took tons of pictures in this same spot, but it was just way too hard to get all the girls to look at the camera AND to smile so I picked the one where at least all of our heads were facing forward.

We Love Spring

We finally got Kennedy her princess bike that she always talks about and we sure are outside a lot lately. It is fun to watch her try over and over again. Today her strategy was funny. She thought it would be more fun to get more speed so she was pushing her bike down the hill and then she tries to jump on it. Avery is going to be walking on her own soon. I cannot wait until she starts walking because it's hard having her crawl all over the drive-way, poor knees. I cannot believe she is 11 months old!!

True Love

I love this picture because it is exactly how Avery feels about Spencer. I really don't think she could get any closer to him. They both slept like that forever. She LOVES her Dad. You have never seen such a thing. When he walks in the room she dances and claps and immediately starts crawling to him. She will cuddle with him forever and hardly ever cuddles with me. She is always giving him kisses and has yet to kiss me. It is really cute.

Cardinals Update

We are loving the games. I don't know if you can tell, but Spencer is also wearing a Cardinals shirt just like the girls. We went to the game the other night and I was the only one in the entire park not wearing cardinals gear. I need to get with it! A lot of people wear cardinal stuff from head to toe. I love it!
